Here's a cake I made for my friend's Halloween party. It was a lemon poppyseed cake with lemon curd filling, and butter cream icing, topped with Rolled Fondant.

Zombie Baby Shower Cake

Here is the cake, that I made for my friend's baby shower. She requested a Zombie themed cake, and told me her theme colors were black and white. It was my first time using rolled fondant. The cake was chococolate, chocolate chip mint with mint butter cream. I am really happy with the results!

Bunny Cake

I made this cake for my friend's daughters 1st b-day party. Everything was made from scratch except the icing on the cake. it took about 5 cans of icing to decorate the cake. The cake & cupcakes are chocolate with chocolate chips, with a buttercream icing. The bunny is a vanilla/cinamon cake. I made sugar cookies decorated with royal icing for the lettering.

Cake for Momoyo's 30th B-day

Here is the cake I made yesterday for my friend Momoyo's 30th b-day. It's a rich chocolate cake, with chocolat chips. I used Bernard Caulebaut cocoa to make it. It's got a chocolate ganauche filling, topped with a sweet frosting. I used drost chocolate dics and fuzzy peaches to decorate the cake. I used the fuzzy peaches, since "Momoyo" in Japanese means "Peach".
